June 2023 EOVCL Meeting Reminder & Agenda

East Ocean View Civic League Members,

Our June meeting will be held on Thursday, June 1st at 7:00 at the East Ocean View Community Center located at 9520 20th Bay Street. Our guest speakers will be Phil Hernandez and Amy Chudzinski, both candidates for the 94th district in the Virginia House of Delegates. We will also consider supporting two conditional use permit requests to operate short term rentals at 9554 18th Bay Street and 7936 Thompson Road. Additional agenda items are outlined in the attached agenda.

Members may submit suggestions for strategic priorities for the civic league at the June meeting (see attached). This will be our last meeting prior to summer break and we will vote on ranking our priorities when we resume meetings in September.
