The East Ocean View Civic League is open to any resident, business owner, or property owner in the East Ocean View section of the City of Norfolk. Our goal is to come together to promote beautification, recreation, and safety within our community.

How to Become a Member

Only $15 for individuals & $25 for households

Membership fees are used to sponsor programs that benefit our local community. Our projects have included community trash clean-up, kayak ramp installation, shoreline restoration, the community garden, bus stop benches and trash cans, Bay Oaks Park, Storehouse Food Bank and school lunch distribution, newcomer packets, and little lending libraries.
